Full Price Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase so items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately at info@anew-atelier.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Submitting Your Return
All returns must be authorised by Anew Atelier prior to being returned. Please contact us info@anew-atelier.com to start your return process.
We will happily offer an exchange or refund provided the item(s) is;
- In original condition.
- All tags are intact.
- The items has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way.
- Returned to Anew Atelier within 30 days of receipt.
- Item(s) that are damaged, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in anyway will void exchange policy.
For all exchanges where a product of less value is being exchanged for a product of higher value, we will refund the entire transaction, and you will need to re purchase the item online
International orders may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange.
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or paid by Anew Atelier. Please note customs duties and foreign taxes will not be refunded either. Please contact your local customs office for further assistance or to claim a refund. In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Anew Atelier.
We will not be held responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned to us. We suggests using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
