We offer a 100% carbon neutral shipping service for all our items.
All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, 9-5pm, AEST Monday – Friday (Sydney, Australia).
Important to note:
- Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
- Shipping times are not guaranteed and can be delayed depending on how busy we are so please be patient. We will always try to get your items to you as soon as we can.
- Due to cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions as a result of COVID-19, overseas transit times may be delayed.
- All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or hotel address.
Australia
We offer free shipping for all items over $200 to Australian locations. This will be automatically updated at checkout.
Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping amount will be calculated at checkout.
We currently don't offer express shipping however in general, same-city deliveries can arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities can arrive within 2-3 days.

International
As mentioned due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions as a result of COVID-19, overseas transit times may be delayed.
A non-guaranteed estimation of delivery times for our international orders are:
- Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
- Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
- Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)
